What is the processing time for my order?

How do I care for my candle?
*Frosting and sweating are perfectly normal for soy/coconut wax candles. Frosting is the crystallization of the wax, sweating occurs when the candle looks to be pulling away from the jar. They do not affect the scent throw.*
How is Pine and Ash vegan and eco-conscious?
You may notice that the packaging of your Pine and Ash changes - that is because we are constantly reusing shipping supplies from packages we receive. This includes all packing peanuts! All boxes are made from recycled materials, and can be recycled again if needed. We strongly suggest that buyers reuse the packaging (packing peanuts and box) instead of throwing them away.
Shipping Inquiries;
All shipping prices are calculated through USPS by weight - we do not add additional handling or processing fees.
An order of (1) 4oz candle ships USPS First Class since it is under 1 full pound, all orders of (1+) 4oz candles and any 8oz candles ship USPS Priority mail due to weight.
We do not have control over mail delivery once packages are dropped off at the post office, so please check your tracking number and call USPS if there are any issues/inquiries.

Refund Policy;
Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds/returns/exchanges due to the handmade nature of our product.
