What is the processing time for my order?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for candle order processing before shipment. Any changes in the processing time will be updated on this page or on our Instagram @pineandash.

How do I care for my candle?

Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/8” to ensure even burning and prevent flame from becoming too large.

Burn only on stable heat resistant surface for not more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts.

Discontinue use when only 1/2” of wax remains in bottom. Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.
*Frosting and sweating are perfectly normal for soy/coconut wax candles. Frosting is the crystallization of the wax, sweating occurs when the candle looks to be pulling away from the jar. They do not affect the scent throw.*

How is Pine and Ash vegan and eco-conscious?

Pine and Ash Fragrance Co. has created beautiful 100% vegan candles since day 1! We use 100% pure coconut/soy wax, and vegetable wax coated wicks. Soy and coconut wax blends are known to be much cleaner when burning than paraffin wax, and is a great vegan alternative to beeswax. The fragrance oils we use are harsh chemical free (no phthalates, ever)!
You may notice that the packaging of your Pine and Ash changes - that is because we are constantly reusing shipping supplies from packages we receive. This includes all packing peanuts! All boxes are made from recycled materials, and can be recycled again if needed. We strongly suggest that buyers reuse the packaging (packing peanuts and box) instead of throwing them away.

All shipping prices are calculated through USPS by weight - we do not add additional handling or processing fees.
We do not have control over mail delivery once packages are dropped off at the post office, so please check your tracking number and call USPS if there are any issues/inquiries. Please email us at help@pineandash.com for any additional information
